2 NIGHTS OF FROST AHEAD

///
Comments are Off

Frost is likely and a freeze is possible in some areas for tomorrow morning and again Friday morning. Thursday is looking sunny and 58 degrees and Friday sunshine and 68 . We could get some scattered showers again late Saturday and then a chance of thunderstorms on Monday. 1/2 inch of rain fell in Crossville early this morning but there were totals over 1 inch from Lake Tansi to Harriman and into the Oak Ridge area. The most rain we had seen in quite a while and I expect we could get a pretty good amount from that weather system on Monday and Monday night. It will be interesting to see when we get our first chance of snowflakes, nothing during the next two weeks which is about as far as we can accurately predict in my opinion. After the school tours that have visited my office this fall, there is one thing I have discovered after our talks. Teachers look forward to snow just about as much as students!
