ONE ARRESTED AFTER STABBING IN PARKING LOT OF WALMART IN FENTRESS CO.

A stabbing in the parking lot of Walmart in Fentress County left one injured. Jamestown Police responded to the scene late Monday to a report of two men in a physical altercation. Police say 52-year-old Johnny L. Waters of Pall Mall stabbed 48-year-old Jack “Andy” Fry of Jamestown multiple times. Waters was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Fry was transported to U.T Medical Center for treatment. He is expected to survive the ordeal.
