FOUR INJURED IN TWO VEHICLE ACCIDENT IN FRONT OF ROCKWOOD WALMART

A two vehicle accident in Rockwood early last night left four injured. Initial reports indicate a car and a SUV collided on Highway 27 at the traffic light for Walmart. Two individuals were ejected and were flown by Lifestar to U.T. Medical Center for treatment of injuries. A third person was taken by ambulance to Roane Medical Center and a fourth individual was treated at the scene. The accident caused traffic to be tied up at the scene for about an hour. A detailed report of the crash, including the names of those involved, will be released at a later time by the Rockwood Police Department.
