A single vehicle accident yesterday in Loudon County claimed the life of one. The Tennessee Highway Patrol says a 2008 Ford Mustang driven by 66-year-old Jerry Martin of Lenoir City was traveling north on Hotchkiss Valley Road when he ran off the road and struck a fence and rocks. Martin was pronounced deceased at the scene. Troopers say Martin was not restrained at the time of impact.
