A Tennessee Highway Patrol trooper was injured in a vehicle accident yesterday in Loudon County. The report states a 2004 Ford Explorer driven by 65-year-old James Dini of Sweetwater lost control at the 79 mile marker of I-75. The vehicle started to roll over towards 26-year-old Trooper Lael Justices cruiser, who was off the side of the road. Justice could not move out of the way in time and the Explorer rolled over his cruiser with him in it. Justice was taken to a hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. Charges are pending against Dani.
