ADKINS CHARGED WITH ANIMAL CRUELTY IN BLEDSOE COUNTY

Nearly 150 dogs, cats, roosters and goats were found at a Bledsoe County residence on Polar Road near Pikeville late yesterday. Authorities arrested Caroline Adkins and charged her with animal cruelty. She was transported to the Bledsoe County jail. Authorities are in the process to determine where to send the animals so they can receive proper care.
