A search by both Sequatchie and Hamilton County law enforcement has resulted in the arrest of a man charged with, among other things, domestic violence. Nicholas Harvey was taken into custody in the Lone Oak Community of Signal Mountain, around 8 PM Friday night. He originally left the scene before officers arrived at the scene where Harvey allegedly struck his mother. Officials say that Harvey had previously been wanted on a child abuse charge. Additional charges are pending.
