THP: TWO VEHICLE ACCIDENT RESULTS IN TWO INJURIES

A two-vehicle head on crash in Roane County Friday resulted in two leaving the scene. According to the report released today from the highway patrol, a 1995 Ford Thunderbird driven by 28-year-old Jeremy W. Davis of Crossville was traveling east on Highway 70 when troopers say he crossed over the center line and struck and oncoming 2009 GMC pickup operated by 27-year-old Trenton L. Treadway of Rockwood. Davis and a passenger in his vehicle, 24-year-old Jacob T. Reed of Sparta, allegedly fled the scene. Davis was charged with driving on a suspended license, failure to exercise due care and leaving the scene of an accident. Treadway and Davis were reported injured.
