The City of Crossville has hired Ethan Medley as the new Director of Leisure Services, essentially eliminating the position of Parks and Recreation Director previously held by Tammie French.  Mrs. French will assume the position of Administrative Assistant to the new Department of Leisure Services.

The city has also eliminated the position of Marketing Director, which has led to the retirement of Billy Loggins. Mr. Loggins reportedly left the position at the end of June.

Medley was the recreation director for Lake Tansi Resort from 2014 until 2016.  He left Tansi in June of 2016 to become Recreation Program Administrator for the city of Kingsport, Tennessee.

In addition to overseeing the City of Crossville recreational facilities, Medley’s new position will work with golf tournaments and other programs that Mr. Loggins had previously been involved with.
