A 14-year-old male has been charged in the attempted murder of two other teens Saturday night at Chattanooga’s Riverbend Festival. Police say that the suspect is accused of shooting two 13-year-old males and then pulling a gun on an officer. It all happened in the area of Aquarium Way around 9 PM. After shooting the teens, the suspect attempted to flee from officers. That’s when he pulled the gun. They say no shots were fired in the fracas. Both victims were transported to the hospital and are expected to recover fully.
