Early this morning, Roane County deputies conducting a warrant check found 47-year-old Timothy James Teasley in a small outbuilding with a woman and a female child. Teasley was taken into custody on warrants for violation of probation, third offense of driving on a suspended or revoked license, and evading arrest.

During a security sweep of the building, deputies found four needles; two of them contained heroin.

In addition to the warrant charges, Teasley was charged with simple possession or casual exchange and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
