After two months away from home, Jade Miller has been found safe.

The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department announced yesterday afternoon the missing teen has been located. Sergeant Gary Howard, who had been following up on leads since Jade disappeared March 12, posted a message to the department’s Facebook page, announcing the news.

Howard spoke with Jade and reported the girl is “eager to get the next chapter of her life underway.” Howard thanked the community for their “support, help and prayers during this investigation,” adding, “Above all else, we are very thankful that Jade is safe.”
