A 15-year-old boy has been charged with reckless homicide in Nashville. Metro Police say that 16-year-old Mina Fawzy was found dead inside his Antioch home Friday from a wound to the neck area. After interviews were conducted by investigators, the suspect and a witness stated that they had been playing with the gun which had been stolen from a car in the area. They told officers that they believed the gun to be unloaded when the slide was pulled back and released. Fawzy was struck when the gun went off. The suspect’s name is being withheld because he is a juvenile.
