Early Saturday morning, a Roane County deputy initiated a traffic stop on Harbin Drive. The driver, 44-year-old Larry Randall Green, said he didn’t have his driver’s license on him. His license was found to be suspended. He also had warrants for felony failure to appear, criminal trespass and shoplifting, along with outstanding warrants with a hold from Morgan County. Green was arrested on the warrants and taken to the Roane County Detention Center.
