Netherton then struck a 2001 Dodge head-on at the intersection of U.S. Highway 27. The driver of the Dodge, 67-year-old Steven J. Chevalier, of Evensville, was killed. Two of Chevalier’s passengers were flown by Life Force to a Chattanooga hospital, where one was listed in critical condition. Netherton and two of his passengers were also hurt.
