The Knoxville Police Department is asking the public to help them find 55-year-old Juan Francisco, a suspect in a fatal hit-and-run last Monday, April 8.

Francisco, a Knoxville resident, was said to be driving a 1998 Dodge pickup near Custom Foods on Pleasant Ridge when he reportedly struck and killed 52-year-old Debbie Burgess of Knoxville and fled.

Investigators have taken out warrants on Francisco for vehicular homicide and leaving the scene of an accident. Anyone with any information on Francisco’s location should call KPD’s crime information line at (865) 215-7212. Callers may remain anonymous.
