BURGLARY, VANDALISM REPORTED FROM HOME ON WABASH LANE

Sunday morning, responding to a report of burglary and vandalism on Wabash Lane, Cumberland County deputies met with a homeowner who said he’d gone out to drink with friends the night before and came home to find his house broken into.

A master lock was cut off his front door and the bedroom had been ransacked. He said his Xbox 360, Kindle, Kindle Fire, jewelry box (with jewelry in it) and his girlfriend’s clothes were all missing. Estimated loss is slightly less than $900.

A suspect has been identified and an investigation is underway.
