An accused killer was captured Saturday morning at a Waffle House, naked.

According to Metro Nashville Police, 19-year-old Montessa Tate-Thornton was arrested at the Harding Place Waffle House after she and a man identified as Larico Nixon ran into the restaurant stark naked.

Police say Tate-Thornton was waving a gun in the air and speaking incoherently.

Tate-Thornton is also facing charges of first-degree murder for the December 10, 2017, shooting death of 23-year-old Maxime Assem at the Napier-Sudekum housing complex.

Tate-Thornton has also now been charged with possession of a handgun while under the influence.

Nixon was charged with being a felon in possession of a handgun.
