CROSSVILLE WOMAN ARRESTED FOR THE FIFTH TIME IN SIX WEEKS

Thursday afternoon, 38-year-old Samantha Jean Golliher was arrested – again. It was her fifth arrest in six weeks’ time, and her second arrest in four days.

This time, Crossville police were summoned to the Sparta Highway area for a report of a reckless driver. They noticed a red GMC Sonoma in the vicinity of Goody’s and Planet Fitness with its driver’s-side door open. From prior encounters, police knew Golliher’s license was revoked. Officers saw in plain view an uncapped needle in the driver’s-side door handle.

A search of the vehicle turned up a 1mg Alprazolam pill, a Hydrocodone pill, a glass pipe and slightly under half a gram of meth.

Golliher was arrested and charged with failure to appear, simple possession of a Schedule II drug, simple possession of a Schedule IV drug, manufacture, sale, delivery or possession of meth and driving on a revoked license. She was held on $33,000 bond and appeared in court this morning.

The legal system and bail bonds people are reaping great amounts of money due to the incompetent of judges. If the person is addicted they should loose their rights til they get help. This is a night mare for the family. I hope the legal system will listen to the families and quit letting this people out knowing they are just going to do it again, really they are crying for help!!!!
