WOMAN ARRESTED FOR PUBLIC INTOXICATION IN HARRIMAN

A disturbance early this morning involving several residences on the 300 block of Emory Heights Road in Harriman resulted in the arrest of 37-year-old Lisa M. Livingston. Several residents notified central dispatch saying Livingston was knocking on their doors, trying to get in.

She eventually gained access to a car in the carport of a home and began honking the horn. The residents there let her in and called law enforcement. Livingston told deputies she’d injected meth and Opana yesterday. Livingston was charged with public intoxication; she remains in custody at this time.
