41ST DISTRICT REP. WINDLE IS PROMOTED TO RANK OF COLONEL

A Tennessee representative has received a special honor. 41st District Rep. John Mark Windle has been promoted to the rank of Colonel. He served in Kosovo and Iraq, as well as other locations. He thanked several people at the ceremony including his mother, presenting her with a bouquet of flowers. Currently, Windle serves as the Staff Judge Advocate for Joint Forces Headquarters in the Tennessee National Guard. He also represents Morgan, Jackson, Overton, and part of Fentress Counties.
