A joint TBI and Knox County Sheriff’s Office human-trafficking investigation has led to the arrest of two men. Zachery Felton and Kejuan J. Chapman were arrested earlier this month and identified as potential human traffickers. Both were charged with promoting prostitution. Chapman was additionally charged with driving on a suspended license.

Authorities say the investigation is active and ongoing. More arrests could be forthcoming.
