CROSSVILLE POLICE TRAFFIC STOP NETS METH AND OXYCODONE

Saturday morning, a routine traffic stop landed 44-year-old Michael Paul Howard in jail on multiple charges. He was initially arrested for driving on a suspended license, but on intake, a search revealed a small amount of meth and two oxycodone/hydrochloride pills stuffed into Howard’s sock.
