School Administrators in Bradley County say that several Cleveland High School students on the boys and girls basketball teams have been suspended following an incident that they say involved “inappropriate behavior.” Director of Schools Russell Dyer says that 12 students broke curfew after their game against Oak Ridge Friday. He says that a five-day out of school suspension resulted after they “participated in inappropriate behavior.” A review of the incident will be conducted by a formal conduct council to determine the student’s eligibility to play. Dyer says that both teams will continue as scheduled through the rest of the season.
