A Halstead Drive woman awoke this morning to find her Chevy HHR missing from her driveway. The woman told deputies she’d last seen the vehicle last evening around 8:30 and when she left the house to go to work this morning, it was missing. She said the keys were in the house, but she might have left the vehicle unlocked. Her Bledsoe County Correctional Complex ID badge was inside the vehicle.

She said her ex-husband might still have a spare key to the SUV and he was the only suspect she could think of at the time. A BOLO for the vehicle has been issued to local and regional law-enforcement agencies and an investigation is underway.

The vehicle in question is a blue 2009 Chevy HHR with a silver rack on top and black paint around the wheel wells. The Tennessee registration tag is T40-42G.

Anyone with information about this vehicle is asked to call the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office at (931) 484-6176.
