Nashville Police have charged a man with among other things, child endangerment, after he passed out in his vehicle leaving his baby in the back seat. Officers discovered Donta Waggoner slumped over the steering wheel of the vehicle after they were notified of the crying infant by a neighbor. According to reports, the temperature was 32 degrees. Police say that Waggoner was nearly unconscious when he was found and the infant, who appears to be okay, was rescued. Waggoner was also charged with Driving under the influence.
