POLICE: WOODYARD CHARGED AFTER THREATENING WOMAN WITH BOX CUTTER

Over this past weekend, Crossville police responded to the Economy Inn to an altercation. The report indicates 19-year-old Matthew Austin Woodyard of Johnson City, Tennessee slapped a woman in the face then pulled out a box cutter and threatened to stab her. Woodyard was charged with aggravated assault and taken to the Cumberland County jail.
