A Cumberland County man was sentenced in criminal court this week on a drug charge. Court officials say 22-year-old Brian Allen Burnett was originally charged with manufacture, sale and delivery of Schedule I and VI drugs as well as possession of a Schedule II drug. In court, Burnett accepted a plea deal to a single charge of attempting to possess a Schedule II drug and received four years to serve.
