The Cumberland County Grand Jury met yesterday (Monday, October 15, 2018) and returned indictments against eight individuals. They are as follows:
Kari Jo Adams, age 31 – Possession of meth for sale, possession of meth for delivery, possession of Oxycodone for sale, possession of Oxycodone for delivery, possession of Alprazolam for sale, possession of Alprazolam for delivery, introducing contraband into a penal institution, and possession of drug paraphernalia. All said offenses allegedly took place in December 2017.
Joseph Eugene Flury, age 36 – six counts of theft under $1,000 and one count of theft over $2,500. Flury is accused of taking several items on different occasions from Lowe’s in Crossville between April and May of this year.
David Micah Neely, age 59 – Reckless endangerment, possession of a handgun while intoxicated, evading arrest and DUI. Neely is accused of discharging a firearm in a residential neighborhood in May of this year then operating a vehicle under the influence.
Michael Eugene Norris, age 51 – Possession of a weapon by a felon, two counts of possession of meth, home improvement fraud, theft under $1,000. Said offenses allegedly took place between October 2017 and May of 2018.
Krystal Diamond Schuyler, age 27 – Possession of meth for sale, possession of meth for delivery, possession of a weapon by a felon. Schuyler is accused of having meth for sale and delivery in May of this year as well as having a .22 semi-automatic handgun after being convicted of a felony drug charge in 2014.
Jennifer Leeann Simoneau, age 34 – Possession of meth for sale, possession of meth for delivery, possession of amphetamine for sale, possession of amphetamine for delivery, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. All said offenses allegedly took place in May of 2018.
Kerwin Deshaun Williams, age 40 – Aggravated assault. Williams is accused of causing harm to an individual back in March of this year.
George Eric Wofford, age 48 – Aggravated assault and domestic assault. Wofford is accused of assaulting a woman last month causing her harm.
All of the individuals named above is scheduled to be arraigned in Cumberland County Criminal Court November 5, 2018.
