OVER $10,000 IN ITEMS STOLEN FROM DOLLAR GENERAL

The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of more that $10,000 in merchandise from the Dollar General Store on Highway 127 in Rinnie. Officers say multiple individuals removed the items from the store and were allowed to after giving an employee $400, according to a statement given to law enforcement by that employee. Three suspects have been identified in the incident and charges are pending.
