POLICE RESPOND TO KEN JO MARKET ROBBERY IN KINGSTON

Kingston police responded around 1 a.m. this morning to Ken Jo Market for a robbery. The clerk told officers a Caucasian male entered the store, came up to the counter and demanded the money from the register. When the clerk opened it, the robber grabbed the money and fled the scene with just over $100. He was described as standing 6 foot to 6 foot 2, in his early 30’s, skinny with brown eyes. The robber was wearing a gray hoodie, blue jeans and white tennis shoes. The suspect kept most of his face covered during the robbery but was coughing during the incident.
