A tractor-trailer accident today in Roane County resulted in a ramp on Gallaher Road being down for eight hours. The report released late yesterday by troopers indicates a 2016 Volvo rig hauling produce operated by 44-year-old Adrian Wolfe of San Diego, California pulled to the right shoulder on the exit ramp, went into a ditch and overturned on its side. Wolfe and a passenger, Darrel Dockins, were not hurt.
