HAYS ARRESTED AFTER CHASING CARS AT BANK IN CROSSVILLE

Crossville police responded Wednesday afternoon to a disturbance at First Bank. Officers encountered 43-year-old Joshua Wiley Hays of Crossville who supposedly was chasing cars and laying in the middle of the road. Several calls were made by citizens reporting this behavior by Hays to authorities. He was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
