Blasting operations will continue on a stretch of Highway 27 in northern Roane County and southern Morgan County in the area of Coal Hill Road. Motorists can expect delays and temporary road closures on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays this week and next week (weeks of September 24-October 7, 2018).
