The Crossville City Council will meet today for a special session. The sole item on the agenda is discussion and possible action regarding Cumberland Crossings retail development. The site for the shopping center is proposed to be built on land off of the west side of North Main Street about a mile south of I-40. The plan calls for 11 retail stores, 3 shops and one grocery store. The meeting starts at noon in conference room 317 at Crossville City Hall.
