A Crossville man is facing charges after supposedly chasing two individuals yesterday afternoon in the Art Circle Public Library with a knife. Police were told 43-year-old Michael Emery Davis brandished the weapon and threatened to kill a man and woman there. The two victims ran as Davis pursued them in the library ending up in the area of the amphitheater. The weapon was seized by officers and Davis was charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of vandalism after Davis reportedly headbutted the police cruiser several times.
