An incident Saturday night on Kingwood Street behind the former Raceway Market in Kingston resulted in shots fired. The report states 23-year-old Hunter Kape Caskey got into an argument with an individual. That supposedly led to Caskey discharging a firearm with bullets striking a house and vehicles. Caskey is being held in the Roane County jail under bonds totaling $165,000.
