The Crossville City Council met Tuesday night and approved $13,491 towards Fair Park Senior Center purchasing a van. The council also passed on first reading an ordinance closing an undeveloped right of way for TCAT and Cumberland Good Samaritans. That move reportedly will allow TCAT to expand. During the meeting, Councilman J.H. Graham III made a motion to include $324,000 for street lights to go along with the grant the city will receive for sidewalk upgrades downtown. That motion passed unanimously.
