The 2018 Hope Manning Scholarship has been presented to three high school students in Cumberland County. Kaylee Cantrell of Phoenix High School, Natasha McNeil from Stone Memorial High School and Shayla Woodson of Cumberland County High School each received $1,000 after they enroll in college.
