ROAD CRACKED BY LIGHTNING BLAST IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY

In an event rarely seen by road workers, a section of Alloway Road in Cumberland County took a direct hit from a lightning bolt today. The blast not only blew out a water line, but left a crack in the road all the way down. Road crews responded to the scene and worked to repair the damage.
