It did not take long for a convicted Roane County serial burglar to be placed in prison. Judge Jeff Wicks recently sentenced 37-year-old Timothy Shawn Fink to 12 years but gave Fink a 60-day furlough to get his personal affairs in order. A few days in, Fink tested positive for opiates and his furlough was revoked. He was ordered to be held in jail until a spot came available in prison. Fink is now at the Bledsoe County Correctional Complex. He will be eligible for parole after serving four years.
