The Tennessee Highway Safety Office will begin a new safety campaign involving Highway 70 in White and Cumberland counties this month. “Safe on 70,” which will start soon, will feature an increased presence of law enforcement across the state to ensure drivers are traveling safely. Data collected show Tuesday and Friday afternoons and evenings are the most-common crash times during the week on Highway 70.
