A Crossville transient has been arrested for the fifth time in 30 days for disorderly conduct. Police were called Sunday to the area of Kat’s Car Wash on West Avenue, where 32-year-old Brian Keith Petrie was walking into traffic trying to jump in front of oncoming vehicles.
