Pulaski County, Kentucky, authorities say a homicide investigation is underway after deputies found a dead body inside a home. Deputies responded to a home on Perkins Drive in the Antioch area of Burnside for a welfare check. Officers found 87-year-old Arlie Owens dead inside. Neighbors and friends of Owens said he had been robbed a number of times, as recently as a couple of weeks ago. Police say they are looking for a missing pickup Owens owned that was stolen last week. It is a white 2001 Ford Ranger with Kentucky license plate number 993-XWT. It was last seen with a black tool box in the bed. Deputies say if you see the truck, do not approach or make contact with the driver. Instead, call 911.
