Early this morning, Crossville police responded to a disturbance call at the Walgreens parking lot on Elmore Road. They found 26-year-old Justin Horn of Crossville in a Nissan Altima with his feet on the horn. After several unsuccessful attempts to rouse him, officers opened the door and shook Horn, who appeared to be under the influence of some type of intoxicant. A search of the vehicle reportedly turned up a tin can containing Horn’s driver’s license, his EBT card and a small amount of meth. Horn was arrested and charged with public intoxication and felony possession of meth.
