An Anderson County woman has been charged in connection with a shooting incident. Officers responded to the area of the Manhattan Apartments between South Rutgers and North Purdue avenues, where several shots were fired into a vehicle with two people inside. Neither was hit by the bullets, but both sustained injuries from glass debris. Officers say the suspect, 20-year-old Kali Annabell Bailey, is charged with two counts each of attempted first-degree murder, aggravated assault and reckless endangerment. She was taken to the Anderson County jail and initially placed under $320,000 bond.
