Missing Blount County resident James Hatcher has been found, safe and unharmed, authorities say. The Blount County Sheriff’s Office reports Hatcher was found in Knoxville this morning; his wife had reported him missing since Monday afternoon around 3. He had reportedly been headed home but never arrived Monday evening. A family member is said to have expressed concern because Hatcher is reportedly diabetic and was not believed to have had his insulin with him.
