During a routine traffic stop, a Cumberland County sheriff’s deputy found a small brown leather bag inside a tool box. The bag contained six small clear plastic bags with an off-white crystalline substance inside. The substance field tested positive for methamphetamine. Officers arrested 47-year-old Jonathan Patrick Sayre of Eattonton, Georgia, for manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of meth. Sayre was taken to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office and placed under $79,000 bond.
