CROSSVILLE MAN ARRESTED FOR VANDALISM, AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

Cumberland County deputies were called to the 700 block of Claysville Road for a report of a male suspect with an axe hitting the freezer on the resident’s porch. The resident had reportedly had difficulty with the suspect, 43-year-old Brian Avery Moore, destroying her property tin the past, and that he had left before deputies arrived. Deputies found Moore in a van across the street from the property in question and he reportedly “became belligerent and hostile and started throwing items at officers.” When officers attempted to apprehend him, Moore grabbed a blunt object and swung it at them. Moore was eventually arrested, charged with vandalism, two counts of aggravated assault and resisting arrest and placed under $22,000 bond.

He lives next door to my parents & has threatened our lives on several occasions. But the police say “Oh he’s harmless”. & they won’t do anything about him. He needs to be put down like the animal he is.
