The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office reports two vehicle thefts in as many days. Wednesday morning (April 18, 2018), a Red Fox Drive resident reported his silver Chevy truck stolen from his driveway. The vehicle, valued at $10,000, has front-end damage from a prior mishap and Tennessee license plate Y29-94L.

Yesterday (April 19, 2018), a Lee Circle resident reported he’d left the keys in the cup holder of his white 2004 Ford F-150 truck the night before; sometime between 7:30 p.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. Thursday, someone stole it from his driveway. Valued at $5,000, the truck has Tennessee license plate H80-48X.

If you see either vehicle, please contact the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department. And the sheriff’s office reminds residents not to leave keys inside their vehicles.
